Refund policy
Please take time to read the details of your chosen package before purchasing.
We follow the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act, which means you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or credit if the service we provide is not as described or fails to meet acceptable quality or care.
Change of Mind or Change in Circumstances
If you change your mind or your plans change, we’re happy to offer a credit valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. A refund will not be offered.
Booking Conditions
Bookings for Kids Fishing or School Freshwater Programs are non-refundable if you fail to attend.
You can reschedule your booking at no cost by contacting us ahead of time.
Your booking time is a time slot—if you’re running slightly early or late, we can usually accommodate you without needing a call.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for bookings that do not meet clearly stated package terms, such as age restrictions.
All refund or credit requests will be reviewed case-by-case by management, in line with consumer rights.
